HOPE Village Revitalization Community Engagement Proposal

As a part of the Sojourner Truth Workshop with Jane Fran Morgan, my team created a community engagement proposal for HOPE Village Revitalization (HVR) that focused on increasing digital literacy without overextending their small staff. This proposal won first place against three other proposals.
